It has lace straps (non-adjustable), gathered chiffon bust over a layer of lace, wraps all the way around - delicate floral appliqués and a chiffon hemline edged with lace as well. The only flaw is a small hole on the left side in the chiffon hem. It does have a double seamed front and back also. Other than the minor flaw it is in excellent condition.
