 | Item #: 1002106 This beautiful vintage piece has seen better days; some fading throughout, waistband will need replacing, pea sized hole near waistband as well, soiled near waist. I do think that it can be re-dyed and it will be a fabulous piece once again, the style is really great with 3 rows of ruffles. There is no tag but it looks to be acetate, waist has no elastic, measures 31", hips 54", length is 26". Also, please note, the skirt lays straight, it looks angular in the photo because I had to pin the waist at the back and I couldn't get it lay evenly for the photo. Measurement Questions?
