Extreme vivid red, made of corduroy, trimmed in leather and accented with a bow made of the same on the side. Depending on how you want to wear this little darling, that would decide what you could call it. A tam is worn more straight on top of the head, whereas a beret is normally tilted or tipped to the side. It's all about your mood I suppose!
