It's definitely new/old stock, has a tag inside "Stacy's" as you can see, a circa 1950's store originating in the Chicagoland area. The other tag reads Magid - see photo. The bag itself is just a head turner, you will certainly cause a stir when ladies ask you where you got such a unique accessory! It measures 7.5" wide by 6.5" tall, add 14.5" for the chain drop.
