EXCEPTIONALLY GRAND AND GORGEOUS 1920'S NEW/OLD STOCK FLOOR LENGTH SATIN & LACE PEIGNOIR HOUSE ROBE / HOSTESS WRAP 42

The first being the obvious glowing beauty of the rayon satin & ecru lace ruffle trim. I acquired this from a collector who found this and many other vintage pieces in a trousseau from the 1920's, possible 1930's. It has held up remarkably well, with only one very small and insignificant mark as shown, extremely minor. We agreed that it looks to be handmade, there are no tags inside. The size is another rare feature, as the vintage pieces I usually come across are petite, this one is generously sized. The satin buttons are intact and show no damage. The ruffled ecru lace is in excellent condition. I can't say enough about this peignoir, it appears to have been stored in a perfect setting to be 100 years old. It measures for a bust of up to 42" when closed, waist is 32", hips up to 56" when closed, length is 63", sleeves are 28", shoulders are 16.5". Simply a dream come true and a lucky find!
