It has 6 cloth covered buttons down the front and a snap closure at the neck. There is a lovely mandarin collar and half sleeves, as well as a right side hip pocket. I don't see an issues, a few loose threads at the hemline is all, but the hem has not dropped, still secure. Sized as a petite, bust will fit up to 40" max, waist measured at the level of the 3rd button is 42", hips at the 4th button 46", length 50", sleeves about 9", shoulders about 14-15".
