It has a sheer chiffon overlay with a nylon layer underneath. The edging is a wonderful ruffle chiffon along the neckline and hem. I don't see any issues, a bit more pink in person than the photos show on my computer. Bust 44", waist 56", hips 60", arm openings 18", length 38" from shoulder to hem. Measurement Questions?
