The fabric appears to be a no wrinkle polyester, 5 goldtone buttons, elastic waist, stand up mandarin collar that can be worn up or down. There is a hook and eye closure at the collar as well. No belt loops, but it would be easy to add a waist scarf or belt of your choice. I only see 2 small dots on the front, see photos, otherwise fantastic condition!
