It is fully satin lined, decorative non-functional rear belt, 2 hip pockets. It is made by Shagmoor and has the union label inside as well that identifies as 1970's. It does look to be more vintage, but this is information that appears to be accurate when I researched it online. The condition is wonderful, I don't really see any obvious issues.
