VINTAGE 1950'S BURNT ORANGE SLEEVELESS FULLY LINED "DIRNDL" DRESS 34
 | Item #: 1004876 Click on image to see more pictures! Typical of the era, this is a dirndl dress, sleeveless, natural waist and a billowy skirting. You barely need a crinoline slip with this one! It is very heavy, fully lined with a heavy cotton lining. I don't know if the lining was added or if it came with the original dress. The hemline is very strong, no fallen spaces at all. There is a left side metal zipper that flows smoothly. I noted some spots that are on the dress, the one in the front being the most prevalent. I don't know the origin so I have no clue if it can be dry cleaned out. Otherwise, there are a few other minor places, one spot on the neckline and another quite faint spot that is pictured. The waist on the back seems to maybe have a mark horizontally, so hard to photograph. In any case, overall, this is a solid dress, maybe it can be dyed, it's really well made and much heavier than it appears.
