VINTAGE 1940'S ART DECO DESIGN STAINLESS STEEL LIDDED SERVING PAN

I'm not entirely sure what it's made of, appears to be a stainless steel. No markings, in great condition though, I'm tempted to keep it for my party table! Light signs of pre-ownership, very well maintained, likely stored most of the time. Lid fits perfectly, I don't see any dents, see photos for measurements. I'm guessing 1940's? Measurement Questions?
