Long eyelashes, blond hair, pretty rose bouquet, floor length dress. No markings to say who the manufacturer is, just the "Made in Taiwan" foil sticker. I see a few spots that appear to be where the paint didn't cure when it was made, on the back of her top for sure and one section on the hem of her skirt. She's likely hand painted. There is a chip on the back where the holes are for the bell string. Overall, she is just so beautiful, please consider the photos as part of the description.
