VINTAGE 1940'S MODIFIED ART DECO SMALL CLEAR GLASS VASE / BOTTLE

It appears that someone turned an old bottle into an Art Deco (or Art Nouveau) table top piece. It may have once been a perfume bottle, but the top was missing and they added a string of little faux amber gems around the neck. I'm not sure if the pieces places on the front were original to the bottle, but I'm assuming they were. In any case, they added the little spray of floral and I think it's cute! Take those out and add whatever you like, so many possibilities here! Aged patina on the metal, shows lovely signs of the era. Please consider the photos as part of the description and measurements.
