VINTAGE NIPPON HAND PAINTED FLORAL & GOLD GILDED PORCELAIN VANITY JAR / HAIR RECEIVER SET
 | Item #: 1005109 Click on image to see more pictures! I've done a little research pertaining to the dating of these matching vanity pieces. What I learned is that this particular stamp was used with the word "Nippon" in place of the Japan stamp. Apparently "Nippon" means Japan. Although there are stamps after 1921 that were not authentic, signs point to this one being the real stamp. Nonetheless, it is vintage and I am guessing it is around 1940's, perhaps 1950's. Both pieces are in wonderful condition and oh so beautiful! Notice the detail on the flowers and the gold gilding. Both pieces are footed as well. I've taken photos of all angles for you. You may see some points of wear or fading, especially on the gold, this is common. Overall, these are really in gorgeous condition.
