Made by Vanity Fair - pink nylon with dramatic black lace accents and an extra wide lace hemline. The shoulder straps are satin and may have been modified to be non-adjustable. It's also a possibility this is just how the slip was designed. The alteration (if it is one), is so professional that it's hard to say. Looks awesome either way!
