It has gold paint for accent, the bowls are pale blue toned, hand painted flowers inside each dish. There is no name indicating the maker, a Mid Century confection! Use for trinkets, candy, treats, or even on your vanity table or dresser. I don't feel or see any cracks or chips, appears in lovely condition. Please consider the photos as part of the measurements and description. As is common, some of the gold paint is worn, I would say mostly on the handle, which is expected.
