This frosted bottle is decorated with gold hearts connected by thin branches on the top. There is a filigree stopper on the top with rounded filigree ball shaped flowers tipped with iridescent gems, all intact. I want to call this art deco or art nouveau, I can't decide which one! The original foil tag is still on the bottom, stating it is imported from West Germany, for the Irving W. Rice Co.
