Made by a high end company called Walbezych, imported from Poland. Most of the gold gilding still intact, light signs of use, I would imagine it was presented only a handful of times. I don't see any chips or cracks, lovely condition. I'm not sure of the era, definitely before or the early 2000's. Sugar bowl is 4.5" tall with the lid on, 6" wide handle to handle.
