The tab on the front slides and the lid opens, a little clear plastic door opens with a leather strip and then there is a section for powder or rouge. There is even a cluster of leather tassels to add to the unique design. Some scratches and signs of use on the gold tone and the mirror is tarnished, as expected for the age.
