Stamped on the bottom is "Austria" and the letter "W" that sits inside of a lidded vase. I don't know who the maker is, definitely an import to the USA. Blue and pink floral decorations with gold painted feet. Some of the paint, as expected, has rubbed away over time. I didn't see any cracks or chips, 100% functional.
