This set consists of a set of 4 cups and saucers and the matching cream & sugar pieces. The pattern is a rose with gold accents. I don't see any cracks or chips, I cleaned them gently. Start your party with an attractive and eye catching table set! The lidded sugar bowl is 6.25" wide handle to handle, 4.5" tall. The creamer is 4.5" wide spout to handle and 3.5" tall. Cups are 4.25" wide rim to handle, 2.25" tall. Each saucer is 5.5" wide. I'm not certain of the era, I'm calling these 1980's vintage. You're welcome to contact me if you have more information.
