Take a close look at the intricately designed gold floral design on both pieces. The stamp at the bottom indicates that this is around 1950's according to a little research. The lidded sugar bowl is just under 4" tall and 4.5" wide handle to handle. The creamer is 3.5" tall, 3.5" wide from spout to handle. I don't see any cracks or chips, light rubbing away of the gold.
