It's very pretty with button front and poofy sleeves. It can be worn at many events, very versatile. There is no stretch to this fabric, be sure of your measurements. Bust measures 36", length is 25" from shoulder to hem. The bottom measures 39" circumference which would fit around your hips. The shoulders are 14" seam to seam, but also measure about 18" when measured wider to the top of the poof shoulder area. The sleeves are 25" from shoulder seam to elastic cuff.
