Here I have a lovely, hardly worn wool cardigan with a tag that reads "Designed to Be Lived in by Jane Irwill" - cute! It has all buttons intact, I don't see any issues to speak of. When buttoned and laid flat, the bust measures 36", hips 32", sleeves 23", length 22", shoulders seam to seam 14.5" and upper arm circumference is 11". Please keep in mind that these are all non-stretched measurements.
