It is footed, tested and working, nice heavy little clock for your bedside. The face has a little clear splash of something on it, can't really be seen unless you walk up to it. I used Goo Gone and it didn't seem to budge. Standing 6" tall and 4.5" wide, just a bit under 2" deep. Very pretty, yet another item I'm tempted to keep for myself :) Measurement Questions?
