The top portion is a soft fleece type of material, long sleeves with matching paisley quilted cuffs. The bottom portion is a satin paisley, multi-colored fabric. Definitely a pullover style, because the zipper doesn't extend all the way to the hemline. The collar can be worn up or down, depending on preference. I don't see any apparent issues, I would recommend washing before wearing. The tag looks crisp, not entirely sure that this has even been worn before.
