Blond hair with striking blue eyes and a blue bonnet with white polka dots. I believe it's Enesco, numbered E-2185 on the bottom. As you can see, there was once something planted in the back, needs a little cleaning. A few chips on the bonnet, one pearl missing from the neckline, see photo. Overall, it's an adorable Gerber style baby vase or planter. Please consider the photos as part of the description and measurements.
