It has a gorgeous and flowing chiffon overlay and an empire style bustline, lace accent over a sheer panel. There is a matching very pale blue ribbon center top that almost appears white, and a narrow lace strip around the outer chiffon layer at the hemline. The only flaw is a small hole on the back upper shoulder, outer layer of the chiffon only. Bust is 38", waist is free fitting up to 52", hips free fitting up to 66" and the length is 53".
