It is a stretch cuff bracelet, will fit a variety of sizes without a doubt. All of the rhinestones are intact, sold to me by a lady who purchased it decades ago at Bloomingdale's. It is quite the show stopper, you can't help but get noticed with this on your wrist. I have included photos of the measurements (unstretched), it is a 1.5" width.
