The lace on the bust wraps around the back and matches the 7.5" lace hemline. It's quite gorgeous! The tag indicates it's an import to the US, I have never heard of this company before, I'm guesstimating this is a 1970's, maybe 1980's piece of lingerie. Definitely the picture of femininity!
